Summertime is just 9 weeks away! Are you ready?
Summer is just around the corner, and you know what that means, right? It’s time to say “GOODBYE” to sleeves and “HELLO” to cut-offs and tank-tops. Oh, and let’s not forget swimsuits. Now that your shoulders are going to be exposed, it’s time to advance your shoulder workouts by incorporating some dumbbell exercises.

Christmas Eve Hours for LA Fitness. Tuesday, December 24, 2013 – All clubs in the US and Canada are open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.*
Christmas Day Hours for LA Fitness. Wednesday, December 25, 2013 – All clubs in the US and Canada are Closed.*
Kids Club is closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at ALL LA Fitness Clubs for the 2013 Holiday Season.
*Lake Success club closes at 11:59 p.m. December 23, 2014, and is open from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Christmas Eve; closed on Christmas Day.

That’s right, this weekend marks that time of year again when we all sacrifice an hour of sleep in the wee hours of Sunday morning in order to gain a precious extra hour of daylight to enjoy in the evenings for the next eight months. So mark your calendars and set your alarms because on Sunday, March 10th, 2013 at 2 a.m. we all need to “spring forward” our clocks one hour as we tear apart the space-time continuum warping time as it instantaneously changes from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m.
