Select an appropriate weight and adjust the stabilizing arms to their lowest position. As you face away from the machine, your arms should be just wider than the width of your shoulders. Now push the handles straight up above your head, pause, and then reverse the motion. Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.

Select an appropriate weight, and make any necessary adjustments for your height. Start with your feet just outside of shoulder width apart and flat on the platform. Push away from the platform with your legs, stopping with a slight bend at your knees, then reverse the motion, stopping again when your knees are at approximately 90 degrees. Continue for the necessary amount of repetitions required for your workout program and fitness goal.
