My hardest areas to lose the fat is my small belly pouch, my bra fat and my love handles at my sides. What exercise can I do to get rid of those toughest problem areas that I have listed above?
Wonderful podcast. I find it more motivating to listen to this great nutritionist speaking, rather than reading this type of information.. Through her guidance, we can get the best information out there, and put it to use. The biggest problem for us is not having the correct information. I am so happy LA Fitness is doing this. Why not make it available to listen to on club machines?
