Reverse Dumbbell Fly
Hold a dumbbell in each hand and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Next, slightly bend your knees and lean forward at your waist so that your upper body is almost parallel to the ground. Now, raise your arms out to your sides, pause, and then reverse motion. Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.
