Hello I am in menopause. I work out almost every day. I have a trainer which I train with 3 times a week, and the other days I train on my own. I have not lost any pounds in a while; what can I do? I watch my diet. I am 56 years old. – Jane
Despite regular exercise, it must be that you are eating more calories than you’re burning. My advice would be to record everything you eat and drink for a week and see if you notice any trends or extra items. Be sure to measure the food and beverage amounts so that you get an accurate grasp of how much you’re really consuming.
