I am a 27-year-old woman who weighs 128 lbs. I would like to reduce my weight further in order to be 120 lbs. I have been working out, going regularly to the gym and also eating healthy meals, but my weight has not dropped below 128 lbs. for the last 8 months. What can I do to lose 8 more pounds? –Krupa
It sounds like you might be at your natural weight set-point. If you are trying to shift beyond that, it will take additional changes beyond your current healthy eating habits and workouts.
Look everywhere for opportunities for more activity and where extra calories might be sneaking into your healthy eating. Beverages often are the culprit.
