Sometimes i really miss the school times where the physical activities are part of your studies. The sports and games i enjoyed most are basketball, rugby, football, squats, badminton. Now it is very little time to do these things, but i am thinking to start again. This will boost my energy level as well as increase the metabolism rate.
I wish I had somebody to play Badminton with. I love that sport and if anybody is interested we both can form a team! I visit the one at Alpharetta (Windward Parkway)
