Chin-up Assist Machine

Select an appropriate weight. Step onto the platforms, and with your palms facing in, grab onto the available handles. Next, kneel on the padded platform, while keeping your chin just above the height of your wrists. Then, lower your body toward the floor and pause just before your elbows straighten. Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.

Tip: The more weight you select, the easier the exercise will become.

Tip: Be sure to keep your shoulders down, not allowing them to scrunch-up toward your ears as you pull yourself back up to the starting position.
