Seated Lat Pulldown (Wide-Grip)
Select an appropriate weight and adjust the thigh support. Now, grip the bar a few inches wider than your shoulders and pull it down toward your chest, stopping just below chin-level. Return to the starting position as you control the weight. Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.
TIP: Throughout the exercise be careful to keep your shoulders down. Do not allow them to scrunch-up toward your ears.
