Dumbbell Lateral Raise

Hold the dumbbells at your sides with a slight bend in your elbows. Next, lift the weights away from your sides until your arms are parallel with the floor, pause, and then slowly reverse the motion back to the starting position. Continue for your desired number of repetitions.

TIP: Do not use momentum to complete the exercise. If you cannot perform the full range of motion without using momentum, switch to a lower weight.
