Plyometric exercises to elevate your heart rate and burn calories.
Advanced exercises to provide the finishing touch on your strength, balance and muscle tone.
Static and Isometric leg exercises to increase muscle definition.
Remember, this a circuit so go from one exercise to the next as quickly as possible and only rest when indicated.

Barbell Squats – 45 to 60 seconds
Sumo Hold – 45 to 60 seconds
REST for 2 minutes
Single-Legged Explosive Lunge – 45 to 60 seconds
Static Lunge with Barbell – 45 to 60 seconds
Walking lunges – 45 to 60 seconds
REST for 2 minutes
Explosive X-squats – 45 to 60 seconds
Box Side Steps with Dumbbells – 45 to 60 seconds
Sumo Hold – 45 to 60 seconds
REST for 2 minutes
Repeat the The Summer Leg Shred and Shaping Circuit a total of 3-5 times depending on your personal level of fitness.
