I sure do!

First, eat early, eat late and eat often!

Second, consume larger portions. Try to get in a few more bites or sips at every sitting.

Third, choose the most calorie-rich from each food group including:

Animal proteins: cheese, ground meat, eggs, rib meat, lamb.

Starches: tortillas, bagels, mashed potato, granola.

Fruits: avocado, grapes, banana, dates, any dried.

Vegetables: carrots, corn, peas, potatoes, winter squash.

Dairy: cheese, milkshakes, whole milk Greek yogurt.

Other: nuts and nut butters, nectars, hummus, guacamole, olives.

Fourth, consider taking a complete multivitamin/mineral complex. Every cell needs nutrients to function properly, especially if you expect them to grow and divide.

Good luck, and keep us updated with your progress!
