Is LA Fitness open on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015, and Easter Weekend? What are the hours that LA Fitness clubs are open during Easter Weekend, and what about Good Friday?

Here are the hours of operation for LA Fitness Clubs and Kids Klubs in the United States and Canada for Good Friday, Easter Weekend and Easter Monday (Canada) 2015:

 

Good Friday – 4/3/2015

USA – All clubs and Kids Klubs are open for normal operating hours.

Canada – All CLUBS are OPEN from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Kids Klub is CLOSED all day.

 

Saturday – 4/4/2015

Normal operating hours for ALL clubs in the United States and Canada.

 

EASTER SUNDAY* – 4/5/2015

USA – Open 9 a.m – 5 p.m., and Kids Klub is closed all day.

*Dearborn club is closed all day. East Loop Club is open from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., and Kids Club is closed all day.

Canada – Open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Kids Klub is closed all day.

  1. LA Fitness just turned 30!

When the first LA Fitness first opened its doors, things were quite different. Cardio machines were basic, displays were simple, and there were no machine-mounted TV screens. Women donned leotards, tights and leg warmers as their preferred workout apparel, men often wore thigh-exposing spandex, short shorts, tank shirts or singlets, and pretty much everybody sported sweatbands on both their head and wrists. The year was 1984, and since then the trends, science, equipment and, yes, even the fashion of fitness have changed.

LA Fitness, too, has evolved drastically in ways we couldn’t even imagine back then…
