Where can I find part 2
Do you have any exercise to ton up a flabby but and arms?
Push-ups will tone up flabby upper arms. Those muscles in your upper arm or brachiums are the triceps muscles. They help you push away from the table so you will not eat any more. Also, sustained holding of the prone plank position works as well if you do not want to use weights. The butt toners are varied with varied machines or you can strap weights on your ankles and position yourself in quadriped on a mat. You can also distribute the weight to your hands and forearms. In this down position raise one of your legs in a bent or straight position , up against gravity so that your upper leg is parallel with the floor , then bring your leg and knee down near the floor. witheither position you gradually increase your repetitions until you feel the strain but not in pain.
What is a “signature” club?

I have always had huge arms and now the older I get, the more flabbier they get. I now call them my “wings”. What is the best way to get rid of this unsightly flab that hangs down when I raise my arms out?
Enjoy the strength and feel the fitness.

How many calories do I need to burn a day to lose a pound or two a week…….I’m 6.5 talk 282 pounds and 38 years old?
I’m working out about an hour a day. Trying to burn at least 800 calories a work out.
Hey Brandon, it all depends on how many times you workout per week. However to loose one pound of fat you would have to burn 3,500 calories. So assuming you work out 5 times a week you would aim at burning around 700 calories a day to loose 1 pound in a in a 5 day week
I’m a 37 year old woman, and I’ve gained so much weight in the past 3 years (approx. 50 lbs.). I am 5’10″ and weigh 220. If I want to lose the 50 lbs that I’ve gained…how do I do it? I’ve been told that I need to reduce my calories to 1800 daily, but how many calories do I need to burn daily to get to my goal weight…and how long will it take me?
Check the Ask Our Dietitian soon for my reply to your nutrition question there
Thank you Debbie, I look forward to your response. I’m trying to determine what my daily caloric intake should be, and how many calories I need to burn at the gym to lose the 50 lbs of fat that I’ve gained. Also, how should I divide my work-out between cardio & weight training? Which is better? I’m 37 yrs old 5″10″ and 220 lbs. I’ve heard that I should strive to burn 300 calories a day with an 1800 caloric intake…is this true? Thanks for your help, and look forward to getting your advice. P.S. I’m a member at the Sunrise, FL. gym:)

I would like to praise the work of lead janitor Jeff Smith at the L street club in D.C. I have been a member for 1 and a half years, and I have never seen a more dedicated worker, his work and well as his personality is one of the main reasons I continue to workout. And you thought a janitor could not get you in shape, not true young is the reason I continue to come. Peace Andre Womack.
I’m looking to drop 20 lbs by the end of august. Is it possible? i’m a 30 yr old x athlete w/ a lot of muscle under this hindering body. Would you recommend mostly cardio? More weights (light, long reps) or even mix?

Core muscles need to be strong in order to do these.
