Kelley Henry—who was born in raised in Massachusetts and now resides in Portland, OR—is a personal trainer at the Pearl District LA Fitness. She has a vast professional and educational background in exercise science that provides her with a solid foundation to help those who have even the most challenging and complicated obstacles.
