Dumbbell Shoulder Press
1. Select an appropriate weight.
2. Start with the dumbbells just above the height of your shoulders.
3. Push the dumbbells up above you, pause and reverse the motion, stopping just after your elbows pass 90-degrees.
4. Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.
