Ab Helicopters aka Speed Choppers

Lie on your back with both of your legs and arms extended straight out. Now, raise your right leg straight above your hip while simultaneously raising your left arm toward that leg. Next, lower your arm and leg back to the starting position and immediately repeat the motion with the opposite arm and leg. Continue for your desired number of repetitions.

Tip: Any arm or leg that is not actively in motion should remain extended backward and slightly off the ground.
