How can you lose the last 15 pounds in your midsection?

I am 39 years old, 6 feet 4 inches tall and 240 lbs. I am having the hardest time losing the last 10-15 lbs. around my midsection.
I run and lift weights and eat healthy daily I have lost 40 lbs. over last 6 months, any suggestions? – Barry B.

  • Aerobic exercise plus core work.
  • Low fat & sodium, high fiber intake with no sweets or alcohol.
  • Sound 6-8 hours of sleep.
  • Effective stress management.

  1. Perhaps you need to maintain for 6-12 months and allow your body to adjust before it will allow you to lose more?
