Happy Earth Day! In honor of Mother Earth we created our very own “Around the World” full-body workout to help you get an amazing calorie torching and muscle defining workout.

This workout will send you “Around the World” on the multifunctional cable machine (pictured above). Using the same piece of equipment the entire time, you are able to hit every major muscle group in a short period of time. It is the perfect workout for when you’re in a time crunch, but still want to get in a good workout.

Just follow the sequence below, and you will be going around the world AND looking good doing it!

AROUND THE WORLD WORKOUT:

Tricep Push down

Squat to Row

Reverse Crossover

Crossover Fly

Back Row

Incline Press

Bicep Curl

Squat to Shoulder Press
