question-answer-color-v-2Do you have any tips for gaining mass? I’m a 40 year-old guy who weights 147lbs., and I’d like to gain more muscle mass. I’ve tried many things but it’s so hard. –Jose S.

  1. Apart from proper diet yu have to remember about proper muscle building exercises – bench press , squats and deadlifts.
    Too many beginners blindly follow professional bodybuilders programs and dont get any results…
