It’s best to fuel your brain and muscles ahead of time rather than play catch-up. So as long as your stomach’s not uncomfortable, I’d prefer your first choice of eating then working out. However, a big meal is not advisable too soon before intense physical activity. A sandwich and fruit are sufficient if you had a small snack, say at 3 PM.
You can always have something light such as a V-8, glass of milk or salad after your workout. Waiting to workout first, then eating late may mean you’d be out of time to fix something healthy or too famished to make good meal choices. – Debbie J., MS, RD

After training training all these years my advice is to have a meal plan every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up and running at all times limit your carbohydrates until 3 pm and have something light 1 before training a juice or bar.
Do not drink milk search about milk is not good for your body as people think reseach has been done on milk and milk is to be use babies and little kids.
Hire a dietician if confuse about training and having the food your body needs for any kind of training and health conditions.
When I started started 5 years ago my Dr no longer my Dr. mentioned I will die hight blood pressure and diabetes at 44 years old and I got cured by changing my diet drastically and training hard.
Hope that help with your question.
