I look good everywhere except my stomach, how can food and diet help me lose the fat?
I’m 5’2 and weigh about 110 pounds, and from everything I’ve looked into I am not overweight. I’ve been working out and eating healthy for a few months and I have all this stomach fat that won’t go! I’m fine everywhere else and nothing seems to be working, Help!!?? - Victoria
Abdominal fat is tough to lose when you’re already at an ideal weight. Make sure a good amount of core work and cardio are parts of your exercise routine and tune-up your diet. Limit refined flour, added sugars and alcohol, as these are often big belly culprits. Get plenty of water, produce and consider drinking green tea. It’s also important to remember that you can’t target areas for fat loss. - Debbie J., MS, RD
