If grilled chicken or fish on soft corn tortillas is not your style or you have to eat five tacos instead of two or three, then avoid temptation and eat something else altogether! Ground beef, cheese and fried tortillas are sure to hinder your weight loss goals. Try healthy alternatives to tacos in the form of a salad-style option that eliminates calorie-laden shells and tortillas.
