The key to creating healthy habits is to enjoy the progress you’re making. A great way to take pride in each step is to have a fitness plan that tells you what your next step is so at the end of every day you have a sense of your own accomplishment…because you’re one step closer to your healthy habits.

It takes approximately 21 days to create a healthy habit[i], and a New Year’s resolution is the perfect opportunity to work towards one. Each day on our Facebook page we provided a step with advice that would provide you with a plan and help you create your new healthy habit, and the response from our community was incredible. Our members are proving that with a steady path to follow any fitness goal can be accomplished…No matter what time of year it is.
